Viewing the Final Exam Schedules
The exam schedule will be available on MyServiceHub for students and on the my.torontomu.ca portal for staff and faculty on Friday, March 14.
Undergraduate, Graduate and Law Students
Undergraduate, graduate and law students can view their individualized exam schedules, including time and location, in MyServiceHub. Once the exam schedule is released, students can view the exam schedule from the Manage Classes tile of their Student Home Page. See the student tutorial on how to view exam schedules.
If an examination occurs over a flexible time frame or runs longer than three hours, the exam will not appear on the official published exam schedule - it is up to the faculty/contract lecturer or department to communicate this to their students.
Chang School Exams
Chang School final exams are usually held during the last scheduled class or, for online courses, the last Saturday of the term (April 12). Chang School exams do not appear on the undergraduate, graduate and law exam schedule.
Accommodated Test Centre
Students registered with Academic Accommodation Support (AAS) will continue to use the Online Service to confirm their exam time and location. The MyServiceHub exam calendar will not apply to students writing in the Accommodated Test Centre.
Faculty/Contract Lecturers, AAs and Staff
Faculty/contract lecturers, Academic Assistants (formerly know as TAGA) and staff can view the final exam schedule on March 14, 2025 on my.torontomu.ca, as indicated below. Note the full schedule link is for staff and faculty only; please do not share it with students.

Unauthorized Devices & Smart Glasses
Students will receive a communication on March 17 about final exams, including information about not wearing or bringing smart glasses of any kind to their tests and examinations. Any prescription glasses worn in test and exam environments must be regular glasses.
Smart glasses have wireless capabilities, including the ability to receive, display or send images, as well as to record, receive and send audio. Many of these devices are paired with apps such as generative AI and messaging services. Smart glasses may also be used to access and navigate mobile devices, including smartphones.
Invigilators and faculty/contract lecturers should make themselves familiar with different models and styles of smart glasses. A camera lens, similar to that of a smartphone, may be built into the glasses frame. Many smart glasses do not require earbud-style headphones and use “open-ear” speakers, with sound only audible to the wearer.
If a student is found wearing smart glasses, they must remove them and place them in their bag, as they would with any other unauthorized aid or device. Invigilators should document the incident using an exam incident report form.
For more information about forms of academic misconduct that may be facilitated by wireless devices such as smartphones, smart watches and smart glasses, check out Policy 60: Academic Integrity, Appendix A (Section 3).
