Student Exam Schedule
Undergraduate, graduate, and law students can view their individualized final exam schedules, including times and locations, on MyServiceHub (via my.torontomu.ca) under the Manage Classes tile on their Student Home Page.
Note: If an examination occurs over a flexible time frame, or runs longer than three hours, the exam will not be listed on the official exam schedule; it is up to the department or school to communicate this to their students. We encourage all faculty/contract lecturers to post the details regarding exams on D2L.
Chang School Exams
Chang School final exams are usually held during the last scheduled class or, for online courses, the last Saturday of the term, April 11. Chang School exams do not appear on the undergraduate, graduate or law exam schedule.
Final Grades and Appeals
Unofficial winter term grades and academic standings are posted on Wednesday, April 29 at 1 p.m. and become official on Tuesday, May 5 at 8 a.m. Students may appeal official grades and standings only after May 5. See more information about grades and standings and grade appeals.
Academic Performance Review - Winter 2026 Grading and Academic Continuance Period
Winter 2026 grading and academic continuance activities will take place between Wednesday, April 29 and Monday, May 4.
Academic continuance memos will be shared with program departments in early April. Review the memo and connect with the RSS team at sr.support@torontomu.ca if changes are required to access your academic continuance reports.
ServiceHub End-of-Term Emails
The ServiceHub will send the following emails to undergraduate students in late April and early May to share information on the end of the winter term and the spring/summer term:
Course Intentions
Over 70% of undergraduate students (who have not applied to graduate) participated in the March course intentions period.
Students will have another opportunity to select or adjust their fall 2026 and winter 2027 course intentions during the upcoming Course Intention Period May 6-8, 2026.
Spring/Summer Tuition Fees and OSAP
Information about OSAP eligibility requirements, application types, and OSAP deadlines for spring/summer are available at Spring/Summer OSAP at TMU.
Spring/summer OSAP funding is released at the start of classes. If students choose to enrol early, they are subject to the TMU fees policy, as those are separate from OSAP. If a student is eligible for spring/summer OSAP, any OSAP funding sent to the institution will also go towards any late fees charged on their tuition.
Undergraduate students taking Spring/Summer courses through the Chang School to fulfill their degree requirements must pay their tuition fees by the end of the month in which they enrol. Otherwise, they will incur late fees as per the Fees Policy.
Continuing Education students taking courses in spring/summer must pay for their courses at the time of enrollment. Students are still welcome to apply and be considered for OSAP funding, even though their tuition fees are paid off.
Spring/Summer Term Chang School Courses
Students may opt to enrol in courses for the Spring/Summer term, many of which are offered through the Chang School of Continuing Education. Here are some things that students should be aware of when enrolling for Chang School courses:
Degree level courses can apply toward degree requirements.
Fees are due at the time of course registration, which differs from regular undergraduate classes.
Course drop deadlines are different from undergraduate courses, and students must drop the course 5 business days before the first class date to be eligible for a full refund.
Find more information about undergraduates taking courses at The Chang School.
