Course Intentions

Over 70% of undergraduate students (who have not applied to graduate) participated in the March course intentions period.

Spring/Summer Tuition Fees and OSAP

Information about OSAP eligibility requirements, application types, and OSAP deadlines for spring/summer are available at Spring/Summer OSAP at TMU.

Spring/summer OSAP funding is released at the start of classes. If students choose to enroll early, they are subject to the institutional fees policy, as those are separate from OSAP. If a student is eligible for spring/summer OSAP, any OSAP funding sent to the institution will also go towards any late fees charged on their tuition.

Undergraduate students taking Spring/Summer courses through the Chang School to fulfill their degree requirements must pay their tuition fees by the end of the month in which they enroll. Otherwise, they will incur late fees as per the Fees Policy

Continuing Education students taking courses in spring/summer must pay for their courses at the time of enrollment. Students are still welcome to apply and be considered for OSAP funding, even though their tuition fees are paid off.

Spring/Summer Term Chang School Courses

Students may opt to enrol in courses for the Spring/Summer term, many of which are offered through the Chang School of Continuing Education. Here are some things that students should be aware of when enrolling for Chang School courses:

  • Degree level courses can apply toward degree requirements.

  • Fees are due at the time of course registration, which differs from regular undergraduate classes.

  • Course drop deadlines are different than undergraduate courses, and students must drop the course 5 business days before the first class date to be eligible for a full refund.

Find more information about undergraduates taking courses at The Chang School.
